1957年はR. デーキン＆カンパニーが、のちにドリームペッツとして認識されるぬいぐるみを販売した初めての年です。同社はもともと、当時賃金が安かった日本に、列車のおもちゃの製造を依頼していましたが、日本側から届いたおもちゃを守るために、緩衝材として使用されていた別珍のぬいぐるみに注目。この製造も日本に依頼したのが始まりです。ということで、初期のドリームペッツは日本製で、後期になると台湾製、フィリピン製などと書かれたタグが出現してきます。

黒いフェルトの目の部分の色が、若干あせているようです。また、白い毛糸の部分に経年による若干の汚れが見られます。他、ヴィンテージですので、シミやほつれ、着色、変色、生地の痛みなど、使用感のようなものが見られるかもしれませんが、特に気になる点があれば、お写真でもご覧頂けます。
